THOMAS STELTER

Leadership Consultant

Thomas partners with accomplished leaders working to close the gap between where they are and who they're capable of being. His clients range from founders of early-stage ventures to leaders of U.S. Olympic teams and the Fortune 500.

For a decade he served as a Chief Strategy Officer and global client solution partner at WPP, working alongside leadership teams at Ford, Microsoft, Aston Martin, Dell Technologies, and Amazon. Before that, a product leader at a Top 50 SaaS IPO, a two-time tech founder, and a non-commissioned officer in the U.S. Marine Corps. Thirty years of leading in environments where the distance between good and great carried real consequences.

His thesis: we're building intelligent systems faster than we're building intelligent selves. Building our inner capacity to meet the outer complexity is the work.

His approach to client partnership is built around co-designing the outcome the leader envisions, co-creating the path to get there, and integrating the work so the change takes root and endures.
