Monisha brings 20+ years of leadership expertise to her work as an Executive Coach and Consultant. Rooted in the principle of "leadership by purpose," she believes transformative change happens when individuals and organizations align around a shared vision with a clear, strategic pathway to achieve it. Clients describe her approach as holistic, strategic, and transformative.

Monisha brings substantial executive experience as the founder and CEO/co-CEO of ProInspire, a nonprofit that activates leaders at all levels to accelerate racial equity. During her 15-year tenure, she designed and facilitated leadership programs, trainings, and retreats for 100+ organizations including foundations, nonprofits, government agencies, and corporations. Her experience spans multiple sectors, having worked across for-profit and nonprofit organizations including Andersen, CARE, Accion, and Capital One.

Monisha serves as Adjunct Faculty at Georgetown's Center for Public & Nonprofit Leadership. Her contributions have been recognized through numerous accolades including Chronicle of Philanthropy's 40 Under 40, Harvard Business School Leadership Fellow, and American Express NGen Fellow.
